Since one type of scale doesn’t fit every application, there are two types of rail scales:

Survivor RT – is a pit-type rail/truck combination scale.  It can weigh both rail cars and trucks.  The scale is ideal for cement, aggregate, grain, scrap metal and chemical applications.

Survivor PL – is a low profile, pitless modular railroad truck scale, with this scale you have the option of both full-draft and two draft weighing.

Both of these options are heavy duty scales that meet any scale weighing need. They will provide the accuracy you need for check weighing, process monitoring, filling, record keeping and safety issues.  They are legal for trade and meet AREMA and Cooper E-80 design specifications.  They are capable of handling over 200 tonnes in capacity.
