The RailBoss system is a series of 5’10” rail sections specially fitted with strain gauges to accurately measure the total gross weight of your rail cars.  There is no concrete to pour or foundation to prepare it installs on existing ties or ballast.  The Railboss can be purchased as eight-section Full Draft System, or a simpler four section Double Draft model.

Eight Section Full Draft System – Consits of eight Railboss sections and can weigh an entire rail car in a single draft.

Four Section Double Draft System – Consits of four Railboss sections and weighs one end of the car than the opposite end. This is ideal when you need to weigh a wide range of rail car sizes.
